Enjoy an unforgettable day on a catamaran departing from Le François!
Baignoire de Joséphine, Ilet Loup-Garou, Ilet Chancel, and Îlet Madame.

• Meeting time: 8:45 a.m. at the Le François fishing port

• Heading to Baignoire de Joséphine
After welcoming you aboard, we’ll hoist the sails and set course for the famous Baignoire de Joséphine. Once there, relax in this lagoon with crystal-clear waters while enjoying homemade accras and cold drinks.

• Heading to Loup-Garou Islet
We’ll then set course for Loup-Garou Islet, a pristine site nestled on the coral reef. Designated a nature reserve, this islet serves as a nesting ground for sea turtles, offering a wild and authentic setting.

• Discover Chancel Islet
Our next stop will take you to Chancel Islet. A guided tour will immerse you in the fascinating history of its 18th-century brickworks and give you the chance to observe up close one of the last populations of iguanas endemic to the Caribbean (Iguana delicatissima). After this exploration, enjoy a swim in 28°C waters before relaxing on board with our open bar: Ti’ Punch, planteur, tropical fruit juices, and much more.

• Creole lunch on the white sands of Le Trapèze
We’ll continue our cruise to the white sands of Le Trapèze, where you’ll enjoy a carefully prepared Creole buffet:
• Appetizer: Local raw vegetable salad served with our house-made chicken souskay.
• Main course (your choice): Pan-fried sea bream fillet or chicken colombo, served with rice and yellow plantains.
• Vegetarian option: Soy steak (upon request).
• Desserts: Tropical fruit platter and homemade treats (Creole chocolate).

• Afternoon: Stop at Îlet Madame
We’ll make a stop at Îlet Madame, a family-friendly islet fringed with white sandbanks and rocks teeming with rich and colorful marine life. Explore this idyllic setting where tropical fish and crystal-clear waters await you.

• Return along the coast
To round out this memorable day, we’ll sail peacefully along the coast.

Throughout the day, unlimited drinks are included: still water, local herbal tea, juice, soda, coffee, tea, white rum and Vieux Clément, flavored rum, planteur, and rosé wine (served during lunch).

What to bring:
• Masks, snorkels, and fins to fully enjoy the underwater wonders.
• A hat and sunscreen to prevent sunburn.
