Église catholique Notre-Dame de Sainte-Anne

Sainte-Anne

The Church of Notre Dame de Sainte-Anne reflects the island’s colonial heritage.

In 1693, the first church was burned down by the English. In 1817, it was destroyed by a cyclone and rebuilt in 1824. Its architecture is in the 17th- and 18th-century Jesuit style. This church was added to the supplementary inventory of historic monuments in 1990.
